Local independent title and escrow company founded in 1989 by Andrew Cooch and David Bowers. As an independent agency, we have no affiliation to a realty or lending firm and we work with all realtors and lending companies. We handle many types of realty transactions and we serve all of Maryland and it’s Municipalities. Closings are conducted at our office or any location convenient to the parties of the transaction. Late night closings are customary and there’s no added cost for us to travel to you. By law, buyer/borrower has the right to select the title company of their choice for their closing.
